Pilla's Shipping Policy
At PILLA Pickleball, we are committed to delivering your performance eyewear quickly, securely, and efficiently so you can get back on court with confidence.
Order Processing
- Please allow 1–2 business days for order processing prior to shipment.
- Orders ship Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.
- We are unable to expedite shipments over the weekend.
Expedited Orders
- Expedited orders received after 2:00 PM EST will ship the following business day.
- Saturday and Sunday do not count as business or transit days.
Shipping Restrictions
- We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a valid residential or commercial street address.
- Delivery to U.S. and international P.O. Boxes is unavailable.

International Orders
All orders shipped outside the continental United States are considered final sale, non-returnable, and non-refundable.
International customers are responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, customs fees, or import charges imposed by their country.

Tracking Information
Once your order ships, a tracking number will be provided within 24 hours TO THE EMAIL PROVIDED WITH YOUR ORDER so you can monitor delivery progress. If an email is NOT provided tracking information will not be sent. Please provide your email to receive updates.
Lost or Stolen Packages
PILLA Pickleball is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or misdelivered packages once the shipment has been transferred to the carrier.
Changes to Orders
Once an order has been placed, we are unable to guarantee changes. This includes:
- Adding items to an existing order
- Changing frame, lens, size, or color selections
- Updating shipping methods
- Combining multiple orders
Please review your cart and shipping information carefully before submitting your purchase.
Once an order is in transit, it cannot be canceled or modified.
Order Cancellations
Cancellation requests may be submitted immediately after purchase but cannot be guaranteed once processing begins.
For the best chance of cancellation, please contact PILLA Customer Support and/or call as soon as possible after placing your order. We recommend calling if able for the best chance of cancellation.
Price Adjustments
Promotional pricing cannot be applied to previous purchases.
