30-Day Returns

Eligible items may be returned within 30 days for a refund to the original form of payment.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, products must be:

  • In new, unused condition
  • Free from signs of court play, wear, damage, or alteration
  • Complete with original packaging, protective case, and accessories

Products may be tried on indoors for fit, but must remain in like-new condition.

Final Sale Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Prescription / custom Rx eyewear
  • Clearance or marked final sale products
  • Gift cards

Exchanges

If you need a different fit, lens, or frame style, please contact our team. We’ll gladly assist in finding the best option for your game. Eligible items may be exchanged within 30 days.

Return Process

All returns require prior authorization. To begin a return, please contact PILLA Customer Support with your order number, 203-894-3265.

Once approved, return instructions will be provided.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method once the item has been received and inspected. Please allow 5–7 business days for processing after delivery to our returns team.

A $25 restocking fee per returned item will be deducted from eligible refunds.

Additional Information

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • PILLA reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet the above requirements
